Hi - just popping over to promote an art challenge some of your members might enjoy.
It's time for the FMA Big Bang Challenge once again. However, things are going to run a bit differently this year. In fact. they're going to run completely in reverse!
That's right folks, this year's challenge will actually be a Reverse Big Bang. This means that you, the artists, set the pace this year by drawing whatever FMA-themed art you are bunnied to. After it's done, we'll pair you up with an author who will then write a story inspired by your art. How cool is that? Usually it's fanfic that inspires art, but here is your chance as an artist to directly inspire an author or two.
While the challenge is hosted on Livejournal, you do not need a Livejournal account to sign up.

Hi, sorry kind of random spammer here....but does anyone besides me realize that if Ling were to become emperor, wouldn't he have to take a wife from each of the clans...rendering LingYaoxLanFan non-canon?

My head canon is that he just disregards the rules and marries Ranfan anyway. 
(Since, hey! he already takes the other clans under him, which I assumed was like making them all equal status and such.)
But seriously, yeah, I realised that too. It's the one thing that makes me really sad about Linfan. Although I'm torn between thinking Ling would object to doing so and only want one wife, and feeling that he would take a wife from each clan since he seemed very traditional (probably not the best work choice), haha.
I get the feeling that Ranfan would reject being anything other than his servant anyway though.Or that they'd be secret lovers. THE SCANDAL.
